I did not receive any confirmation e-mail after making a purchase. How do I know if I successfully made a purchase?
Please first check your SPAM folder if our email ended up there by accident. If it is not there, you might have made a typo when inserting your email address in the email field or a higher force interfered with your order and we didn't receive it. In this case, please get in touch with us (email@example.com) and we'll let you know if your order was received and we can check if all data is correct and can resend you your confirmation email.
