How long does it take to receive my order?

After receiving your order, we need about 1-3 business days to process your order and ship it. The exact delivery time then depends on the delivery service in each country, nonworking days, extra busy times during some holidays (like Christmas). On average the package is delivered in the time period of one to two weeks.

Most orders come with a tracking number that enables you to follow your package at all times. If your package has not arrived at your address within two weeks' time, please get in touch with us and we'll track down your package.
