​My GOAT STORY product was delivered flawed/broken, what can I do?

In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed or damaged product, please send us an email with images documenting the flaw/damage you discovered within 7 working days of the delivery date. We will inspect each complaint individually and replace the flawed/damaged part if we discover that replacement should take place. To speed the reclamation process up, please make sure to send us some photos of the defect or damage and your order number.
