Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be issued only when all the following requirements are met:- you got in touch with us within 15 days after receiving your package;
- you explained your reason and let us know you're sending your package back (Please note we do not cover shipping costs of returning packages);
- we sent you a correct address for returning packages;
- the parcel is returned to our warehouse successfully, unused and in original packaging with all accessories included and not damaged.
