I am experienecing some issues using GINA app on iOS 13, what can I do?

We are aware of the issues with the GINA app working on the new iOS update #13. Our IT team is working on the issue as we speak but as we tried to replicate the issue, we came up with a solution that just might work ...

1.    Navigate to Settings on your iOS device and scroll down to find the GINA app 2.    Tap the app and make sure that the Bluetooth sharing option is turned on (actually all options should be turned on).3.    After that, it is advisable to restart your device.
